Right now there isn't a custom gooseneck hitch available for your 2022 Toyota Tundra, however the Curt Gooseneck Flat Plate # C65500 which is a universal kit.
However, you'll need to fabricate and weld a 1/2" steel plate to the frame of the vehicle, and then bolt # C65500 to that, so this option would require some fabrication.
This hitch is rated for a maximum towing capacity of 30,000lbs using the 2-5/16" ball.
