While the Blue Ox TrackPro Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control # BLU77FR does meet all the specs of your Keystone Hideout 28RKS with its GVWR up to 10,000lbs and tongue weight of 800-1,000lbs, it does have a very limited tongue weight range. As you are already at 900lbs before loading any gear I would recommend the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control # FA92-00-1200. The Fastway has a very similar design to the Blue Ox but with a tongue weight capacity of 800-1,200lbs. This will ensure when the additional weight of the propane, battery and other camping gear is added in the front storage compartment you do not exceed the weight of the hitch system.

A 2-5/16" Hitch Ball # EQ91-00-6120 and 1-7/8" 12pt Thin Walled Socket # ALL643216 will be needed as the system does not come with a hitch ball.
