Does The Replacement XC Cross Rail For Swagman Platform Have A Notch In The End

Question:
Your part #S64663-CR looks like the replacement part that I need. However, mine has a notch at the end where the bolt holes are, allowing it to lay flat when not in the upright position. Yours does not appear to have this notch. Will it still open and lay flat? I have a Swagman XC2, not sure of the exact model number. I bought this from you in late 2018 I believe, in case there is any way to check which one I have.
