Recommended 5th Wheel And Gooseneck Towing Parts For A 2022 Ford F-350 Super Duty

Yeah I have a 22 F-350 SD with a long bed and need to find a way to tow a gooseneck, do I need a 5th wheel hitch? I do not have the OEM prep package but it does have a 7 way at the back.

I recommend going with the B and W turnoverball. It will give you a clean smooth look in the truck bed and if in the future you need to get a fifth wheel you can get the B and W companion that will connect with the ball mount and give you a functioning 5th wheel.
