Correct Bearings for a Forest River Arctic Wolf 287BH

I need to get replacement bearings for my Arctic Wolf 287BH fifth wheel. Lippert 5100 lb axles. What part number would i need to provide in or to size the bearings?

The correct bearings you need for a Forest River Arctic Wolf 287BH are part # 15123 and part # 25580. The grease seal are part # GS-2250DL (2.250"). We have kits with all these bearings and seals, part # BK3-100.
