Harbor Freight trailers are a big pain to find replacement bearings and seals for (as you're finding out) because they don't standardize their equipment. To find out what you need you're going to have to measure your spindle - I would measure the spindle on both sides of your axle as well just to make sure everything will match up.
Grab a digital caliper that can measure at least 3 places past the decimal, like the Feedback Sports Digital Caliper # 301-17068, and measure where the inner bearing, outer bearing, and grease seal ride. It might also help to measure the outer diameter of your grease seal just to be on the safe side.
Attached is a photo showing where these locations are. Once you measure you can either filter through the linked selection or let me know what you have and I'll see if anything matches up!
