Question:
I have the Reese 5th wheel adapter and the patriot 18k. The holes do not line up on the adapter to the pins to hold the hitch in place. Are there different pins that can be used?

It's super frustrating but the Patriot hitch does use the wider rail slots that aren't always on the rail kit adapters like the part # RP30156 that you have for your 2022 Ford F-350. So one solution would be a hitch that fits the rail kit directly with the Reese # RP30921 that you referenced or for a hitch similar that would fit the adapter you have you'd want the Curt A20 part # C16140.
