Will The Roadmaster Diode Wiring Kit Drain The Battery On A 2022 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited
Question:
Will the diode kit still ‘wake up’ and or cause a battery drain on the 22 wrangler? It has LED tail lights and I read it might. Re: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit

If properly installed the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 is only going to receive power from your motorhome to power the lights of your 2022 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. If you were having issues with the lights "waking up" when not connected that would indicate an issue with the splices not be correctly done and would require them to be fixed.
If your Wrangler has ParkSense Proximity sensors then you'll want to use the Roadmaster Wiring Kit with Smart Diodes for Variable Voltage LED Tail Lights # RM47ZR along with the Roadmaster 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Kit # RM-146-7 instead.
