B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck & Air Lift Air Bag Fit on 2018 Ford F-150 With 6 Inch Lift

Question:

Hi, Ive got a 2018 Ford F150 with a 6 inch superlift suspension lift. Im wanting to install a BandW turnover ball goose neck hitch with the air lift 5000 air bags. Will this setup work together and what size spacer blocks would you recommend under the airbags? Thanks

Those will absolutely work together and you made really good choices because the Turnoverball is, quite simply, the best gooseneck hitch in the industry, and the Air Lift are going to work perfectly to give your 2018 F-150's rear suspension the support it needs as you are towing.

Since you have a 6 inch lift you will indeed need spacers, and also the correct Air Lift air bags will depend on if your F-150 is 2WD or 4WD. I'll go ahead and list out exactly what you need:

- 2WD: Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57268

- 4WD: Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57385

- Air Lift Universal Air Spring Spacers for LoadLifter 5000 and 7500XL - 6" Lift # AL52460

- B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BW77FR

That'll give you the best overall gooseneck/air bag set up for your F-150, and the only other thing you will need if you don't have one is a gooseneck wiring harness, the Bargman 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness for Aluminum Truck Beds # 50-97-410-010.

During the installation of these air bags, you are going to want to ensure your air lines are cut perfectly straight, and the best way to do this is by using the Air Hose Cutter # AL10530. Also, I do recommend considering adding a compressor in order to make both monitoring and maintaining the air bags much easier, with the best being the wireless Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Bluetooth - EZ Mount # AL58WQ.
