Question:
My current seal has a thickness of .375inch and the replacement part GS-2125DL has .31. Does that matter? Also, the grease caps I ordered 2.44inch OD RG04-080 using the vehicle feature mode on etrailer does not fit my 6K lb Dexter axle. Those caps diameter are larger. Which caps should I order? I have a 2017 Keystone Laredo 342RD.

Your seal thickness of .375 inch would be close enough to the thickness of the # GS-2125DL that you mentioned. As long as the other more important dimensions match up you are good. As far as picking out the correct grease cap the most reliable way to do this is based on the bore diameter of the hub where the grease cap installs. I'd recommend measuring that with a caliper like # PTW80157 to see what size you would need. You can let me know what size you have or you can check out the attached link to a page that has all of the options we carry.
