Yes, the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e56RR is a compatible fit for your 2021 Toyota Sienna. This hitch is a simple bolt-on installation, with no welding required. It features a matte black powder coat finish over protective base coat offers superior rust resistance and hides dirt, scuffs, and dings better than a glossy finish.
If you plan on towing a trailer with your Sienna then you'll also need a trailer wiring harness to send your braking and turn signals to the lights on the trailer as well. For this I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # TK69FR. This custom-fit T-One connector plugs into your vehicle's wiring harness, which is located in the rear cargo area. You will have to remove the plastic threshold cover, side panels, cargo trays, and interior trim panels to access this harness.
Once you've plugged in the T-connector, run the hot lead up to your car battery. Connect the lead to the included fuse holder, and then connect the fuse holder to the positive terminal on your battery and insert the provided fuse.
Once installation is complete, the 4-way flat connector will be stowed in your rear cargo area or can be mounted to the trailer hitch using mounting brackets # 18144 and # 18140.
For a great starter ball mount you can use the etrailer Ball Mount Kit for 2" Hitches # 989900. This kit comes with a 1-7/8" and 2" hitch ball for multiple applications. It has a drop of 2" or 4" and a rise of 1" or 3" to help keep your trailer level while towing.
