Recommended 5th Wheel Base Rail & Bracket Kit For A 2022 GMC Sierra 2500

Question:

will the rails part no 30153 fit on the bracket RP50026 on a 2022 gmc 2500 or will i still have to buy the RP58058 i am using it off of a 2018 gmc 2500

The Reese Quick-Install Custom Bracket Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP50026 is design to fit 2011-2016 Ford trucks and is incompatible with your 2022 GMC Sierra 2500. The Reese Universal Outboard Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP30153 are just the rails that would sit in your bed so they would be compatible with the # RP50026 brackets as well as many other bracket kits. These rails are the same as the # RP58058, but have an extended length.

Reese currently does not have a confirmed fitting custom bracket kit for your 2022 GMC Sierra 2500 so I recommend going with the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Chevy/GMC Truck - Carbide Finish # C16429-204.
