Which hitch with 2 in receiver will fit a 2021 Honda CRV Hybrid with no, or at least minimal, amount of modifications to bumper and facia? Will be using it to carry Thule 4 bike rack with swing arm. Thanks.

For your 2021 Honda CR-V Hybrid I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98848. All the receivers for your CR-V will require some trimming and the while the etrailer receiver does require trimming it will blend the best with its matte black powder coat finish. This finish is very similar to the black trim panels that are on your CR-V so it will look more concealed. I have linked an installation video below that will show you the entire installation process for your CR-V.
The Thule Apex Swing XT Bike Rack # TH9027XT will work well with receiver. The receiver has a 1-1/2" measurement from the receiver center hole to rear of bumper and the Thule Apex is 7-1/4" to the closest part of the bike rack to the center of the receiver hole.
I do recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118741 so that you can use some Auxiliary Lights # C53201 as the 4 bikes will likely impair the view of your tail lights for other drivers. The Tekonsha harness is virtually plug and play with no wiring required to run to a 12 volt power source. This makes installation easier than most.
