Helpful Expert Reply:
The 4452 ISR Rail Adapter provides industry standard rails for your Pullrite 5th wheel hitch. We do not offer Pullrite but you do not need to buy a pullrite adapter you just need one that provides industry standard rails. I recommend the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Chevy/GMC OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package item # DM6333. This adapter is rated for up to 21,000 lbs and connects with the towing prep package your new 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 has. I have linked an installation video and also a diagram.
