Will this base work on my Jeep?

The Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit # RM-521448-4 is not a fit for your Jeep, however I have a solution.
The Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-521424-5 is a direct fit for your 2004 Jeep TJ. This will not work however, with models that have front leaf springs or right hand drive versions.
If you are in need of a tow bar as well, the Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar # RM-520 is an excellent choice that bolts right up to the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-521424-5.
