Yes, the 2-5/16" ball that comes on the Blue Ox 2-Point Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control # BLU75FR comes torqued to spec from the factory.

After the first use I do recommend rechecking the torque specification of all of the bolts as well as the 2-5/16" ball to ensure that they remain tight.

Also be sure to grab an extra set of the Replacement Spring Bar Retaining L-Pins # BLU25QR to leave with the trailer as they seem to find a way of disappearing when you need them.
