The BWRV3710 fits the 2021 Silverado 2500HD. Do you know if the BWRVB3710 will also fit the 2022 Silverado 2500HD as well ?

The B and W Companion Hitch Base part # BWRVB3710 which is the lower portion of the hitch # BWRVK3710 does fit the OEM rail kit of the 2022 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. We confirmed this with B and W.

For just the base of a B and W Companion fifth wheel hitch that fits the OEM pucks of the 2024 GMC Sierra 2500 you'd want the part #BWRVB3710 as this is the base of the #BWRVK3710 which is correct fit for your 2024 GMC Sierra 2500.
