I do have an option for your 2013 Keystone Cougar 325SRX TH.
We have the Trailer Axle Beam with Easy Grease Spindles # e45GR which has the 5200lb rating you need, along with the 86-1/2" hub face measurement you are needing, and then a local welder can remove the current spring seats that are 71-1/2" apart and move them to 68-1/2" apart.
This axle uses the standard 5200lb bearing combination so if your current brakes and hub and drum assemblies are in good shape they can be reused or you can use new braking assemblies # AKEBRK-7L-SA and # AKEBRK-7R-SA along with hub and drum assemblies # 42866UC3 if your wheels have the 8 on 6-1/2" bolt pattern or the # AKHD-655-6-EZ-K if your wheels have the 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern.
I included a few video reviews of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
