Does Installation of the Tekonsha Prodigy RF Require a Circuit Breaker on Power Wire  

Question:

I have ordered the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller - 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat - 10 Gauge Wires # ETBC7L. Reviewing the videos provided in the answer it shows adding the second breaker for the BC to the battery. Is that needed for Tekonsha TK94FR or just the one breaker for power? thanks!

No. You wouldn't need to install an extra circuit breaker from the # ETBC7 or # ETBC7L for a Tekonsha Prodigy RF # TK94FR since it will be drawing power from the 12v power circuit on your 7 way, which is already protected by a circuit breaker.
