I also have the 9465 hitch but I need the rail kit for my 2019 F150. I think the 4491 should be the one. Am I right on that? Thanks !

You're absolutely correct. To install the Draw-Tite 9465 Hide-A-Goose center section on your 2019 Ford F150, you would indeed use the # 4491 Gooseneck Hitch Install Kit.
