A typical 3500 lb axle will have spindles compatible with a L68149 Inner/L44649 outer bearing and a 10-19 grease seal.
If your existing hub/drum with the 5 on 5-1/2 wheel bolt pattern uses this setup, you can indeed go with a replacement hub/drum with a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern like # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K which includes the inner and outer bearing, the inner and outer race, the greae seal, dust caps compatible with either a standard or an EZ Lube spindle and lug nuts.
If you have a different bearing set, let me know and I'll help find a replacement.
