Can I use a 15x6, 6 on 5.5, zero offset custom trailer wheels for my Airstream Argosy?

Yes, you can use 15" x 6" trailer wheels with a zero offset and 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern on your Airstream Argosy (assuming the bolt pattern matches); a zero offset simply means that the the mounting surface is on the same plane as the center line of the wheel and is common for trailers.
