For a Class III hitch that would work great with your 2014 Chevy Traverse, I'd recommend the etrailer brand # e98863. The hitch uses a durable matte finish that tends to blend in with the black trim used on many vehicles, making the hitch less visibly obtrusive as you can see in the linked installation video.
To tow with the hitch, you'll also need a trailer wiring harness, the Tekonsha # 118270 which includes the fuses and relays necessary to activate the vehicle's electrical tow package. I'll also link to an install video for the wiring.
For a ball mount, use # D-4, Hitch Pin and Clip, # PC3, and # 19260 for a 1-7/8 or # 63845 for a 2 inch trailer ball.
I've linked to the products mentioned above so you can easily find them.
