What Size RailGrab Claw Does 2005 Honda Pilot Use with Raised Rails

Will the rail grab pin adapters work on a 2018 Q7 And will the small rail grab claws work on a 2005 Honda Pilots factory roof rails? The medium rail grab claw does not pull the rail grab down onto the top of the rail. So it looks like it could twist

I wish we could say yes but I checked with Yakima and the Railgrab has been discontinued long enough that it was never test fit on the 2018 Q7.
I did find out that the correct claw size for a 2005 Honda Pilot is the small part # Y80145.
