The center port on a factory plug will typically be reverse lights on a 2019 Ford F-150. To power the jack on your trailer, you should be tapping into the 12 volt power port on the 7 Way. This will be the port in the 2 o'clock position on the 7 Way on the vehicle. If your jack is wired to the center function, you will need to rewire it and you should be good to go.
