Do they make a class 3 hitch for a Chevy Impala LS 2012. Or do they make an adaptor that will fit a class 2 hitch 1- 1/4inch to fit a 2inch tube connection, cargo carrier?

There are only class II, 1-1/4" trailer hitch options for a 2012 Chevrolet Impala, the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 36407 is what I recommend. Fortunately, if you're trying to use a 2" hitch accessory there is still an option. The Brophy Hitch Adapter part # HTAD or part # HT5R.
