Will the truck bed bike rack work on a 2021 GMC Canyon Short Bed 5 ft 3 in with Yakima Overhaul HD truck bed rack and T-80454 Retrax pro xr tonneau cover installed

Yes. The Thule GateMate Pro # TH823PRO will work on your 2021 GMC Canyon Short Bed with a Retrax ProXR Tonneau # RTT-80454 and Yakima Overhaul installed. You won't be able to close the tonneau cover completely with it installed, but these parts will work together just fine and give you a pretty seriously equipped rig.
