Does each fender F008554 require 1 set 2 PF755 Brackets??? Need to know if I need to order 2 sets of brackets for bother fenders??

I spoke to my contact at Redline and he confirmed that the Galvanized Steel, L-Shaped, Bolt-On Brackets # PF775-BKT-2 are sold in pairs and are designed for 1 fender.
Basically each fender requires 2 brackets, so the # PF775-BKT-2 is enough for one fender. Since you are looking to install 2 fenders you would need to order a quantity of 2 of these.
Also, this is the correct bracket kit for the Fulton Plastic Fender # F008554 that you referenced.
