How Far Apart Are the Mounting Holes on the Curt Adapter Rails for Chevy/GMC OEM Prep Package

Question:

I am trying to find out the measurements of the distance between the holes where I would the hitch into. I have a BandW patriot slider and am trying to find an adapter that will work on my nes truck and the hitch I already own. I am looking at the Curt 5th wheel hitch adapter part #C88KR. It has not been confirmed that it will work with my truck but it says industry standard.

The mounting holes on the Curt Adapter Rails for Chevy/GMC OEM Prep Package # C88KR are spaced for industry standard 5th wheel mounting holes, which are 20-1/2" and 29" apart center on center; there is also a set of holes 10" apart center on center. We cannot confirm that the B&W Patriot Slider # BWRVK3270 is compatible and safe to use with the Curt # C88KR; as you've seen, the other adapters for OEM prep packages are not compatible with the Patriot.

The only sliding hitch available that will fit in the OEM prep package on your 2021 Chevy Silverado 2500 is the B&W Companion Hitch # BWRVK3775.
