Question:
I have a 2018 Ford Expedition with a factory 7 way connector and I’m not getting 12v power to the 7-way trailer connector.

The first thing I would do is check the fuse. Since this is a factory connector, each function should have its own fuse. According to the manual, the Trailer tow class II-IV battery charge fuse is number 30.
You also want to check the connector itself. Make sure it is clean and not damaged. If it is neither of these, it must be a damaged wire. You will need to either trace the wire to find the damage and fix it, or run a new 10-gauge wire from the battery through a circuit breaker.
