I would be happy to help!
First you will need to install a 4-way connector. Since there is not a custom fit option for your 1999 Freightliner FS65 bus you will need a universal option like the Upgraded Modulite Vehicle Wiring Harness Kit w/ 4-Pole Trailer Connector and Installation Kit # 119147KIT which will splice into your factory wiring with the included quick splices. You will need to identify the passenger side turn signal/stop light, driver side turn signal/stop light, and your tail light wires using the included circuit tester.
Since your bus is pretty long you will likely need additional # 12-1-1 to run to the battery, as only 20' is included in the kit.
With a 4-way connector installed you can now install the # ETBC7 which will plug into the 4-way connector and only require a few more connections. The white wire will get grounded to the frame, the black wire will get extended to the positive terminal of your battery with the included 40 amp circuit breaker, and the blue wire will get extended to underneath the dash where a trailer brake controller would be installed.
Again since your bus is pretty long you will likely need more # 10-2-1 as only 25' is included in the kit.
For a trailer brake controller I highly recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 as it is an extremely reliable controller with great features like an easy to read LCD screen and built in diagnostics that are easy to read and understand.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
