Good question, and the difference between the two replacement wheel trays for Saris Freedom bike racks is that one - Tray "B" - is a replacement for the tray furthest from the center mast, while the other - Tray "A" - is a replacement for the wheel tray closest to the center mast:

- Outside "B": Replacement Sliding Wheel Tray for Saris Freedom Bike Racks - Outside - Tray B # SA26538

- Inside "A": Replacement Sliding Wheel Tray for Saris Freedom Bike Racks - Inside - Tray A # SA26537

If you take a look at the accompanying diagram you can see the "A" and "B" trays on the rack and use that to determine the correct one.
