Question:
I purchased this rack for my 2021 Little Guy Mini Max tear travel trailer with a 2inch hitch rated for 150lb. I am confused that this is categorized as an RV hitch, but the instructions warn the load created by rack and bicycles will exceed the strength of trailer or 5th wheel bumper.inch Can I safely use this rack on my RV?

I have a bike rack that will work for your travel trailer, but the Swagman Trailhead 2 Bike Rack # S63360 that you were looking at is not rated for travel trailer use. There are not a whole lot of bike racks that are built strong enough to withstand the extra stress and bouncing that occurs on the back of a travel trailer, but an excellent option is the Swagman XC2 Traveler Platform-Style 2 Bike Carrier # S64663.
This comes with an adapter to secure the bike rack to the rear bumper of a travel trailer (4" or 4-1/2" bumper), and also can fit standard 2" receivers like you have on your 2021 Little Guy Mini Max Tear travel trailer. This holds 2 bikes weighing up to 35lbs each and the weight of the carrier itself is 36lbs. I attached a demonstration video for you.
