Bike Rack for RPOD 176T/Ram 1500 Limited 2019

Good Afternoon, I’ve done extensive research trying to find a combo that works best for my set-up. From Arvika to Stromberg Carlson. In order to get 4 bikes, I think I’m going to need a hitch extension as it doesn’t look like I have much distance between the back of the truck and the trailer. Opinions on this? I’m also thinking that a Stromberg with a Yakima Hangover 4 might work however, I have concerns that the Stromberg may not be able to support the weight. But my theory is that the center of gravity will shift more directly over the Stromberg support, so it might actually work better versus a post mount or platform mount rack. Would that work or is there a better solution? The issue I had with Arvika was that while you get hitch their RV rack directly up to your truck, you needed to buy and extra adapter and the rack was really no frills wouldn’t bend out of the way for access to the tailgate. Please let me know what you think is the best solution.

All of these options are very good choices in bike racks. What I think you are asking in your question is what choice would be best for use not only with a travel trailer but a good use with the Ram as well that still allows access to the tailgate. And yo have concerns about the weight and movement of four bikes behind the trailer when towing.
Have you looked at the Kuat Pivot 2 Swing Away Hitch Extender for Bike Racks - 2" Hitches - Driver's Side, # PVD20B. This hitch extender converts your existing bike rack into a swing-away rack. It rotates out 90 degrees or 120 degrees on your driver's side for quick and easy access to the rear of your vehicle. Use this with the Ram but not on the travel trailer.
I would go with a platform type bike rack to use with the Ram.
