I purchased a 2008 R vision crossover lite 22 inch trailer and need to know ball size and shaft. Its 2750 lbs...please

That's not info we have available to us since the manufacturers don't list it. It's also not uncommon for trailer owners to change couplers which can sometimes change the ball size. Most likely your trailer has a 2 inch ball or a 2-5/16 inch ball like the # 19286 you referenced. Your best option would be to contact the seller and ask what size ball the coupler has listed on it as it will be stamped there.
