Yes, the Curt custom 5th wheel trailer hitch installation kit # C16420-204 will fit a 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 Mega Cab. I checked with Curt to confirm this. I have also included a link to the installation instructions for you to view. This kit will work on short and long beds.
If you have a long bed I recommend the Curt 20K hitch # C16130. It has a double jaw and 360 degree cushioned head.
If you have a short bed, go with the slider version # C16536.
