Question:
Recently learned that the Sprinter RV chassis does not read LED lights without special LED resistors installed. Will this item work with an RV on a Sprinter chassis without requiring additional wiring installations?

The LED resistor requirement your Sprinter has would be related to replacement vehicle taillight wiring and not if the trailer wiring/tow bar wiring was LED like the # TL21RK. So you would not need to use any resistors with this kit.
Also this kit uses incandescent bulbs and not LED.
