For a roof tray/basket that fits your 2021 Toyota RAV4 with factory installed raised rails you'd want the part # RR76QX or if you have the flush mounted rails we have the part # RR36QX.

But if you had a set of crossbars already you could use the etrailer cargo basket part # e98914 which would fit them directly.

For a hitch cargo carrier the first thing you'd need is a hitch (if not present) which for that the Curt # C13416 would be a great option. Then for a 20 inch by 59 inch carrier that can fold up the Curt # C18151 would fit and work great.
