There are several ways that you can tow a gooseneck trailer with a 5th wheel trailer hitch. We actually have an FAQ article on this subject which I have linked for you.

Probably the easiest way is to adapt the trailer itself to work with the 5th wheel hitch in your truck. To do this the trailer would need to either have the type of coupler that has an inner and outer tube where the inner tube can be removed. Then you just replace the regular inner tube with one that has a 5th wheel king pin on the end, see link.

If you have a 5th wheel hitch that fits in standard above the bed rails (and accepts a Curt, Reese, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Valley, or Husky 5th wheel hitch) then another option is a simple gooseneck hitch that fits in the same rails. I have provided a link to these options as well.

If you have a different hitch other than one of the brands listed above let me know and I will be happy to help figure out the best options for you.
