The correct brake controller wiring harness for both the 2020 Ram 1500 and the 1500 Classic would indeed be the # HA81795-HBC harness you mentioned. The harness plugs in to the factory connector located above where you right leg would be as you're sitting in the driver's seat. The connector you're looking for is shown in the provided photo.
