I would be happy to recommend everything you will need to flat tow your 2018 Ford F-150 Crew Cab with your 2016 Jayco Greyhawk 29MV.

Starting with the base plate kit I recommend the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM-524431-5 which will pair up perfectly with the Roadmaster Falcon All-Terrain # RM-522. The # RM-522 is one of our most popular tow bars due to the non-binding arms that allow you to unhook your tow vehicle quickly and easily even on un-even ground, and since its 6000lb rating will work great with your F-150 since it weighs just under 4800lbs.

Moving on to safety cables I recommend the Roadmaster 64" Single Hook, Straight Safety Cables - 8,000 lbs # RM-645.

For wiring I recommend the Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles - 7-Wire to 6-Wire Straight Cord # RM-152-98146-7 which will add a 6-way connector to the front of your F-150 and the included 7-way to 6-way cord will connect to your RV to power the lights of your towed vehicle. The included diodes will protect the factory wiring in your F-150 from feedback or damage.

A supplemental braking system is required in quite a few states now, but either way it is a good idea as it helps to prevent wear and tear on your RV caused by having to stop it and your towed vehicle. I recommend the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR due to it being very easy to install, and since it is completely removed from your vehicle when you are done flat towing you can use it in multiple vehicles if needed.

Lastly you will more than likely need a high-low adapter to level your tow bar to your tow vehicle so I have included a link to a helpful article that goes over how to measure for the correct adapter, and a link to all of our high-low adapters for you to take a look at.

It is always a good idea to check the recreational towing section of your vehicles owner's manual for any flat towing restrictions and for any special steps required to make your vehicle ready to be flat towed.

I included videos for each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
