2012 Jayco Sport 10 Current tires 5.30-12 - 4 lug I am looking at taking longer trips and was looking at AM31208 and AM31208HWTB. What is the difference? Looks to be RIMS?

Correct, each of the options, the # AM31208HWTB, and the # AM31208 are same tire mounted on a different wheel design. The primary feature being that the # AM31208HWTB has a black interior feature and, an opening within the spoke that the other does not. Both have an offset of 0 and capacity of 1,220 lbs.

Each wheel is a 4 on 4" bolt pattern, 12" diameter rim 4" wide with an 8 ply radial tire of 1,220-lb maximum load at 65 psi. This tire has a sped rating of 81mph.
