I have another option but the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit # BWGNRK1116 for your 2020 Ford F-250 can not be used without the side latch as that is the mechanism that secures the ball to the hitch.
The B&W Ball and Chain Kit # BWGNXA2061 will not work in the Turnoverball since it uses a ball with a round base designed for the OEM Prep Package for Ford, GM, and Nissan where the Turnoverball uses a square base like the # BWGNXA2000.
For a underbed fifth wheel trailer hitch that does not use a side latch to secure the ball I recommend the Draw-Tite Hide-A-Goose Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch with Custom Installation Kit # 9468-94 where the ball has a latch on the top for installation and removal and offers a 32,00 weight rating. The Hide-A-Goose # 9468-94 will offer a very clean install so when you are not towing it will not take up bed space, and will not have a side latch for removing the ball.
I included a video of the Draw-Tite Hide-A-Goose # 9468-94 being installed on a 2019 Ford F-250 for you to take a look at.
