I've attached the installation instructions for the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver - Multi Fit - Class IV - 2" # 37130. You will first torque the 1/2" nuts to 70 ft•lbs. Then torque the 5/8" nuts to 115 ft•lbs.
