Is Demco Hijacker 5th Wheel Hitch Compatible With Underbed Rails on 2019 Ford F-250 FX4 4WD

I have a 2019 Ford F-250 4x4 FX4 short bed without the factory puck rails. I want to add the Demco Hijacker Autoslide fifth wheel hitch. These are compatible correct? Would also like to add a Firestone Airbag and compressor kit at the same time.

Yes it will; the correct parts for the Demco Hijacker and underbed rails on your 2019 Ford F-250 Super Duty FX4 are the following:

- Under-Bed Rail and Installation Kit # DM8551009

- Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Hitch with Slider - 21,000 lb # DM8550037 or 18,000 lbs # DM8550022

The other thing you will need if you don't have one is a 5th wheel wiring harness, the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness with 7-Pole Connector for Aluminum Beds # C57008.

A Firestone air bag and compressor kit is a really good idea for your F-250 to give your truck the suspension support it will need, and there is a specific Firestone air bag kit you will need for your 2019 Ford F-250 FX4 with 4-wheel drive.
