I would like to get the biggest drop possible for my truck which is 2012 F350. Is 9inch from bottom of ball mount to the ground enough clearance

We certainly have a ball mount with enough drop for you. See the link I have included to the fixed ball mount main page. On the left side you can choose the amount of rise or drop that is best for you.
You will want to get the right rise or drop in order to tow the trailer level. I have included a link to an FAQ article that explains how to measure for rise or drop needed to tow a given trailer level. If you will be towing different trailers then an adjustable ball mount, see link, would be the best option.
The clearance from the ground to the ball mount is going to be different of different applications. Nine inches is fairly short unless you are only towing on flat ground. But going up or down hills or through dips could cause contact with the ground.
