Can Spring Bars of Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System be Upgraded to 1,400 lb

Question:

Hello i have a 1000/10000lb equalizer hitch that was purchased in 2015 i have upgraded to a 2010 jayco jayflight g2 32bhds and was wondering if the spring bars for 1400 lb would go in the current equalizer head that i have. And would that be a heavy enough set up. On the spec sheet i found the dry tongue weight is 1000 lbs and GVWR is 9750. And i already have the 14000 lb shank. Thanks

To upgrade to a 1,400 system you would need the Replacement Spring Bars for Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution Systems - Qty 2 - 1,400 lbs TW # EQ90-01-1499 and Replacement Head for Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution Systems - 1,400 lbs TW # EQ90-02-1400 as well since the spring bars and head both are different sizes based on the the weight capacity.
