The CIPA Universal Towing Mirrors part # CM11980-2 will be a good fit for your 2004 Jeep Liberty. They are very adjustable so getting the view you want will be easy. The dual clamps on each one will help to attach it to the outer housing on your mirror to get a good hold that will be very solid.
