The Buyers Products Door Check and Hold Back part # 337BM2395AA11 can be installed with many types of hardware depending on the surface you're mounting it to.
When mounting to a very heavy material like very thick ply wood or a thicker steel using some #12 or #14 self tapping screws would be an excellent choice. If you're going into thinner material you will need to use bolts with large washer.
