Recommended Bike Rack for Back of 26 Foot Long Travel Trailer

Question:

i have a 26 foot travel trailer and want to put a bike rack on the back, have a great bumper so i just need the best rack under 300, it will have lot of bouncing so i need one that will hold the bikes tight

Because of the significant movement that happens at the back of a travel trailer, you do need a bike rack that has been specifically designed for this purpose. It sounds like you're looking for a bumper rack and the only available one rated for a travel trailer is the Swagman # S80501, which will allow you to carry 2 bikes. If you've got a hitch on the back of your travel trailer you can use the Swagman Original - 4 Bike Rack for 2" Trailer Hitches # S64400 to carry up to 4 bikes on your travel trailer.

If you don't have a hitch on your travel trailer and need to carry more than 2 bikes you would need to add one; the Curt Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch for frames 22" to 72" Wide # 13703 is a good choice because it can fit a variety of different frame types and installs either by bolting on or via welding. This would be the only way possible to carry 4 bikes on the back of your trailer though.
